There is a flat rate for utilities which varies by residence. The monthly rate usually ranges from $100-$150. This includes Wi-Fi, Water, Gas, & Electric.
To apply, all applicants must complete a background check and credit screening, which costs $45. Proof of income is also required. Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is necessary.
Yes! For leases between 9-12 months, there is a $100 monthly surcharge. For leases between 6-9 months, the surcharge is $150 per month. For leases between 3-6 months, the surcharge is $200 per month.
